I too answered this previous thread & did suggest a test for Tritrichomonas Foetus (TF) I think from what you are describing that it does sound like this. Although there maybe a simpler solution & the kitten needs worming??

Cats are normally very clean animals but as you described involuntary leakage & the smell my first port of call would be to test for TF as I said in the other thread!
