I moved my cockatiel while decorating the other day and he went crazy making the same soundas yours so i put him back where hes always been and after about an hour he settled, but at the time i was so frightened i thought he was sceaming in pain , i looked it up and found they dont like to be moved and he was panicing, but he was all over the cage like yours and making the same sound i also read they dont like anything moved in there cage either lol worse than pups i think
