Hi,

Thanks for the website, but, I can't find a link to the book you mentioned to me.

I am wondering about the names being mentioned about horse riding, classical riding, dressage, are those all under the name of horseback riding generally? sorry, i am a terminology fan

For the trot thing, my instructor told me that I should tighten my inner thigh muscles or knees, can't really remember, though I read in some online tips that to lift the knees away of the saddle, i am confused about this, but I am sure I may be getting the tips wrong.

Do you have a good link explaining those theories in plain?
