I have an 11 month old GSD, the only one of my dogs who just will not walk at heel! She does for a few seconds but then her mind wonders and she starts to pull. No amount of stopping, or changing direction (the way we trained our other dogs) has worked.
On Sunday we went to a dog show with her, and put a halti on for the very first time. OMG the difference in her was amazing!! Once she stopped trying to get the thing off we had a lovely calm dog walking right next to us... Bliss
