I want to get a small dog, and right now Im stuck between a pomeranian or a chihuahua.

I would be happy with either, but Im just wondering if there is anything I should know about either of them. Which is easier to take care of? do both of them need constant attention?

Im thinking chihuahua since poms shed alot... but my friend said they get sick easier
