No IMO nothing wrong with it at all, as long as they properly vet the next home and wait for the right one to come along.
I wish more breeders took on pups that they bred when the owners no longer want them, it would certainly see a lot less dogs in shelters!
IMO breeders should be responsible for the dogs they breed.
