I am hoping to start my boys on raw, but when I asked an in-store butcher they said they weren't allowed to sell the off-cuts. Another sad reason things were so much better when high-streets had local stores, instead of chains!
I'm hoping that the butchers in the farmers market near us will be able to help instead. Otherwise there isn't anything local to me.
