Yes - my dog's illness started with Colitis - we battled for two years with her, initially we were able to get the colitis under control. We gave no dry whatsoever, and fed Nature Diet lamb! this had fabulous results and were were able to stablize her with that, changing the main source of protien is said to help, The reason we stopped the dry altoghter was becuase irrepairalbe damage had been done to the gut and bowel.
