O yes that's the chap. I represented someone in court once (as a lay supporter at the County court I mean, I am not a lawyer) who had been "done" by one of that man's cronies who sold her this cross bred kitten (bengal x Havana) claiming it was this wonderful rare new breed that she was going to make lots of money from. The person I was representing didn't have a leg to stand on of course and lost the case but not before I had convinced the judge that I was a cat expert and made my point strongly about breeders taking naive novices for vast amounts of money under false pretences.
