My understanding is Herpes is the virus that is carried for life. It lives in the nervous system and produces symptoms at times of stress. Calici can be got rid of in some cats. There are multiple strains of calici that mutate all the time so any vaccine is only as good as the last known strains. Vaccination doesn't stop your cat contracting flu just lessens the symptoms.

All in all it is nothing to worry about at all. The antiBs have no affect on the virus itself, if she is on those for the calici.
