Diarrhoea and antibiotics?

One of my boys had a 2 week antibiotic jab and 1 week anti imflammatory jab last night due to having acne (first time it has appeared). He's a sensitive cat, sensitive emotionally, sensitive tummy, sensitive skin. You get the picture

His poos have 80% of the time ended a tad runny. Main part nicely formed maltesers, last bit a little dribble. He has had some sickness lately but once was due to eating too quickly (he sometimes gets hiccups) and the other was foam from hairballs (treated some with vaseline, fixed the 'choking' right away in both of mine).

Anyway, this morning he has just been and it was pure runny, the poor thing, looked more like a wee in the oko plus just brown.

I am on my way out soon to get some chicken and white fish and he can have that boiled for the next day or so to see if that settles his tummy.

Is there anything else I can do to help him like any medicines out there that will help?

Also my concern is this will last for the next 2 weeks. Is this a common side effect, how long could it last?

When I got them a few months ago at 5 months old they were having aloe gel once a week put on their food. The previous owner said this was because of his sensitive tum. When I got them i took them to the vets for a check and jab, neutering, etc and the vet said no real need for them to have it on a perm basis. Maybe this is something I could try again as an interim measure?
