As you are not just feeding raw this sounds ok for a first attempt. Some cats can be difficult and don't eat any raw for weeks. If you were just feeding raw then you would be aiming at 2% of their adult body weight per day. For my cats that are about 5kg this would be 100g per day.

Remember the cheaper cuts are the most nutritious. Whilst we humans shy away from fatty meat and chicken skin the fat and skin are easy for a cat to convert into energy thus reducing the amount of work their body has to do. But like us too much fat leads to fat cats (not bank managers).
