Well, today is the day we pick up the newest additions to our family - a degu couple! We're adopting them from a pets at home staff member who has unfortunately turned out to have a bit of an allergy to them so we're taking them off her hands. We're leaving soon and I fear ill be bankrupting myself buying accessories

Wish us luck - any more advice you can give us would be great. On the subject, is it true that guinea pig pellets/nuggets is the best all round starter food for degus? We're going to order a bag of the JR Farm food as we've been told its great...opinions?!
