no raw fish, boiled cod or something is ok, tuna only once a week as its in brine (salty) sardines in tom sauce, chicken, turkey, game, lamb, beef, rabbit. no pork, the fatty/cheaper cuts are best!
Chicken wings are only like £1.50 for 12 give 1 each 2 times a week is ok!
you dont need to cook it, buy it freeze it get it out the night before
