Both my cats are 'raw fed' cats, so it was interesting to read up some more on that subject ! -But I digress, so back to the flea treatment thing- I think I will try the untreated 'DE', which one of the links says you can apply small amounts to the fur... and combine that with some Brewers yeast in with their food... another site I have found also reccomends using cedar wood shavings inside /around the cats bedding, ( and this can also be applied to soft furnishings- under cushions etc) to prevent flea infestations.
Your cats look beautiful Karen...I am an animal artist by trade ( having been made redundant !) but I have always painted- would it be OK to paint one of your cats ? ( If I painted my own I wouldnt be able to sell the paintings !!)...I work on a large scale, so the paintings look very dramatic when they are done, and your photos look clear enough to paint from..I would just need your permission to use them ?
