i get behind the cat, hold them, open the mouth, push the tablet in and hold mouth shut whilst stroking the throat and saying "has it gone yet?...yes?" let go of them and then either they run off and sulk or spit the tablet out at me....

they are too clever to eat anything with it in, they are too old and wise and know the tricks.
