where does your pup sleep at night? to start with to keep everyone happy it might be worth considering letting pup sleep in your room until he gets settled.

alternatively write a note to the residents in your appartment block and tell them you have a pup and you need to get him settled - so please could they bear with you whilst you get it sorted..

then when your pup next goes to bed you need to ignore him, no matter what. soon your pup will learn that he needs to settle and being noisy wont get him anywhere!
