A pure white kitten with Blue eyes was in my garden this morning, it only looks about 5 mnths old, and look rough round the edges and scruffy and like a collar had been removed that had irritated it.

I dunno what to do, my gut instinct was to feed it, but after seeing posts on here about not feeding other ppls cats, I didn't, however I did want to check it over, but it was too scared of me, it looked like it wanted to come in, but when I opened the door or moved towards it, it was scared.

What do you think i should do?

There is a big white stray Tom in the area too. He is defo a stray I know the ex owners!
I don't want to encourage this other cat to my garden, but i am concerned for it!
