Thanks for the replies - They don't appear to have bled and they are now just kinda raw looking.

I'll keep her on short 'clean walks' and use the occasional dusting of antibacteria powder I bought the last time she cut her paw!

Her nose is still nice and moist and she just jumped up when she heard the fridge door open - She obviously isn't suffering too badly!!!
