I'm sorry to hear about your dog, but you do have a responsibility to get veterinary care for your dog, a lot of stomach problems can be sorted quite cheaply if you don't allow them to get bad.
Your dog will undoubtably be suffering by now and really needs vet care.
I cannot feed my boy chicken, have you tried white fish from a pet shop?
