the reason I mention Naturediet is because it is a pretty natural food - but as you have said so is the chicken and rice - which should have sorted it out.
So that brings us back to the thought that there could be some underlying reason for the problem. Again another reason to see the vet.
I am a firm believer of introducing a scoure of protien that the dog has never been subject to before - my prefered being naturelamb - not saying this is the answer but something that has worked for me, the other problem is that you do not want to be switching the foods too often as that can cause problems in itself.
Really I would initially consult the vet, are there any other signs of illness, weighloss, tiredness etc?

I have only had him 3 weeks.
His stool was not firm when i got him but has got worse now just brown water.
He is also underweight, but seems pretty happy when i walk him but he stoppes 3 or 4 times to go and is there for about 5 mins.
I am on a low budget as i am only on benifits as i have cystic fibrosis and dermamytisis.
The prices vets charge i just cannot afford it
