ive had cats all my life and this is totally normal especially when theyre playfull kittens.
my 2 have the opopsite problem, my younger one is the more domninant one and puts poor danny in his place. they still have mad half ours every night when norman(the younger one) chases danny round the house and pounces on him. we just let them get on with it, and they soon settle down again
like lymorelynn says, unless it comes down to serious fur flying just let them be and the will sort most things out between themselves
