The cimicat tub gives you feeding instructions ie mls and number of feeds depending on age. I think it says 2 - 2.5ml for 1 to 3 days old, so if he is taking 4ml he is doing well. Be careful you don't over feed him though, as too much is as bad as too little.

I would weigh him before you feed him and then weigh him straight afterwards, that way you know some has gone in. Its good he is still sucking from Mum, because hopefully that will encourage her milk to come in. I have heard of a queen taking 10 days for her milk to come in properly.
