Also may I suggest you take it to a Tortoise specialist vet (not a regular small animal vet as, tortoise specialist vets know there stuff and it is up to date
) and ask for a fecal sample test. For both worms and Protozoa, as these are rife in imported tortoises and the main reason imported tortoise die or become very ill and lethargic
