Hi Gillie, i no this might sound silly but did you say he was 2 years, cos at this stage even with children they get to terrible 2, and at 18 months old they are full of them self maybe he is at that stage and he trying it on but i would keep an eye on him but dont tense if a dog comes to you or he will feel it, good ,luck hun x
