Just from that description, it does sound as though she could be pregnant. From about 21 days onwards from conception their teats pink up. Do you have any pictures of them ? Do you think this has just happened or were they possibly like that when you got her? If you can tell roughly when they pinked up you can estimate when the babies are due (vets are not great at doing that).

I would wait a couple of weeks and pop her to the vet for a scan or a feel, see what they think.
