kitten food

I think Mai Tai likes junk food! Can anyone recommend a good quality wet kitten food? She is refusing to eat HiLife or Nature's menu but is gobbling up Tesco's own - their kitten pouches are not as good as the good quality adult ones, more like their basic own brand. I tried Hill's pouches and while she ate them they didn't seem to be any better in content than the Tesco's own .
Or should I just move her onto adult meals? She is 6 months old and has adult biscuits anyway. What are the advantages of keeping her on kitten food? Never had this problem years ago before kitten food was developed!
