The only breed with breed-wide high uric acid that leads to urate stone disease - which the fanciers refuse to do something about even though a dedicated group of responsible breeders has maintained a line of Dals free of this defect for over 30 years. Dal Fanciers should hang their head in shame. And you can't deny that historically putting down patched puppies has been a common practice. I won't even mention deafness and the routine euthanasia of deaf puppies. Get a grip on reality.
