Will Coco ever get over the flu or will she always have some sign of it?

we would love to get her a friend but she is sick at the moment and we have to wait untill she is better.

what I wanted to know was will she get over this??
how long should we wait to get her a friend?

we are going away in july and thought april would be a good time? but will she be over this by then?
I really wanted her to have a friend so not to be alone in the catery. Should i even put her in a catery or ask a friend?
