jack our new forest pony whos 3 had his first ride in all his gear and my daughter sitting on him on lead rein. he was amazing! didnt put a foot wrong, didnt do too much just walked round school once each way but he didnt bat an eyelid.
hes had a saddle and bridle and bit on for a while so he could get used to them shes also sat on him bare backed but today was the first time on the saddle.
we are gonna take it slowly as hes still young but hes built like a brick house and she only weighs 7 stone! they have such a good bond together so hopefully itll all go very well
