Sometimes it can just be a slight imbalance - can be caused by loads of things, not necessarily food wise either x

If eating and drinking fine and if wormed and not on antiB's as already mentioned i'd be inclined to just see how he goes x

check temperature maybe but if it is just a small imbalance it will right itself pretty quickly x

if still like it in a day or so then maybe ask vet, but they'll more than likely only suggest pro-kolin or something xx
