it was a lady vet that saw her today and she was baffled as the notes said that her colleague saw her 3 and a half weeks ago and said she had 3 or less weeks to go... but she couldn't feel a thing!
so she said she'd get her scanned... 30mins later get a call from the original vet telling me that she wasn't pregnant (he hadn't done a scan the first time round)
so i told them i wasn't paying for the appointment or scan and that i would be changing vets - fair enough if he had told me in the first place "she COULD be pregnant... or it could be this" but no he told me that she was and that it would be a small litter due in 3 or less weeks
in reality it's a good thing, just feels horrible after all the preparation! at least it's over with now though and we know not to look for kittens!
we also cancelled our trip to paris next week because i didn't want the kittens arriving when no one was home! i took this week off work for them coming
