I don't know what to say.

Firstly I hope Lola responds to her treatment and gets well again very soon. She is in the best place with you.

Secondly I'd call the GCCF and see if the kitten is registered and what they can suggest. Given up or not if she is a registered Breeder with them they could still fine her and hopefully look into the situation.
