Your cat needs to eat every day, so don't starve her. Starving could lead to Hepatic Lipidosis (
Feline Hepatic Lipidosis).
I'd suggest you stop giving her sausage, it's not good for her with the salt content. Then try giving different types of wet food until you find one she likes. The most important thing is that she eats something every day.
If you're giving her fresh (I assume raw) chicken as a treat, why not just make it a meal by adding some chicken liver and maybe a chicken wing? That's the best food you can give your cat and if she will eat that with no problems then I guess your only remaining problem would be to get her to start eating normal cat food again...
Have you tried the higher quality wet cat foods, such as HiLife or Applaws? Cats tend to like them better than dry food or the cheaper brands as they have more meat in them.
