It will also depend on what type of food you will be feeding your dog/puppy.

I feed Arden Grange which is £35.00 for a 15kg bag which lasts about a month and a half but there are cheaper dog foods.

I worm every 3 months which is 2 tablets in total for my two little dog, thats about £5.00.

I also have them both insured which is £32.00 per month.

I give my yearly booster injections too which is about £20 each.

Then there are possible vet bills for unforseen things like upset tummys, cuts etc which is not enough to be covered by insurance.
