If you get to the point where you really feel you cannot keep him why not contact a Persian Rescue - there are several around. I am sure there will be some lovely person willing to offer him a home no matter his habits. Has his breeder any advice to offer?

It is perhaps worth changing his litter type completely and maybe put down an additional tray. Would you consider getting an animal behaviourist around for an assessment to see if they can pinpoint a particular reason as to why he is doing this?
