lol you wouldnt catch me with them on the floor either. Actually one did get out, but only cos the cats got in the room and knocked down my chilean roses cage and my tiny slings tub.
The sling was ok even though the tub and substrate was upturned abit. But Charlotte was knocked out of her cage (this is from nearly the height of the celiling mind, and they can die from a 2inch fall), and the lid came off the tank. My one cat ran out (shes scared of everything) , but Muffin the fearless stayed out and followed my spider round the room as she ran away really fast and flicked hairs at him and stabbed at him in the air again and again trying to bite him.
Luckily we got Muffin out safely, and Charlotte was ok too. Didnt think the cats would open the door, so we got a lock on it now, and I keep my rowing machine up against the other door too, just in case they try to get in the rat room lol.
