we had the exact same issues with Isla. she has major separation anxiety and we tried everything.
sounds like your doing all the right things, its only been 4 days. maybe you should go round to your neighbours and explain the situation, being freindly about it and say that it will hopefully only be for a few weeks until puppy settles. kinda get them on side.
as for Isla....we got skye a week ago and we have had no issues at all since so maybe at a last resort another dog may be a solution - but be careful it may turn into double trouble.....not to mistake you DT!!!!
