Hi ya, for what its worth i think you are doing ALL the right things..4 days is still very early as your pup was 5 months when you got her...Keep doing what you are, and your pup will soon get the message that crying wont bring you to her.
lol they can be just like kids can't they...you will get there in the end...good luck and please keep us up to date...
