Re: Dry Food Question

Hi there,

I've never bought in to the breed specific food that more and more companies seem to offer these days. For me, when it comes to nutrition, a cat is a cat is a cat They all have the same digestive system and the same nutritional needs - i.e. meat.

Although dry food in general is the least healthy food to eat for a cat, the best of the dry foods contain a high percentage of meat and a low percentage of other fillers such as rice, wheat, etc.

The two best dry foods available, regardless of breed, are Applaws and Orijen.
