The only things that need to be frozen before consumption are wild boar and rabbit, anything else is ok to feed directly.

I feed a lot of heart to my cats and dog (Ox, Lamb, Sow, Veal, Chicken). They have a preference for veal. Do not feed too much liver as sometimes it goes straight through them. If you are feedinf a mainly raw diet you should feed about 5%
