Just had my dog Archie castrated last week at 1 yr old & the cost was £85 but I know the price does vary from vet to vet so ring your vet & ask the full cost.Could I also pass on a tip, my dog did not cope with the plastic head collar after the op so I used an all in one baby vest they have 3 poppers at the back end so his tail sat comfortably in the middle with a popper either side I just roll it up when I take hime out for a walk,its been a god send,sizes vary but sus them out before the op so that you have got one ready oh and try and get at least three so you can wash them,perhaps try charity shops to but some.
