Thank you StaffyMad and Vizzy24 for replying. I have a wee bed for her in the living room practically beside the sofa so she's always with us. She hates being left alone but Im sure she isnt the only dog like that! Im putting all the crying down to whatever happened to her before I got her as she was really badly injured and underfed. Ive been told that because she's a bitch, whatever did happen to her will probably always stay with her, as in, she takes things to heart a lot more than a (male) dog would. I suppose it's still early days, we've only had her a few months, and so hopefully she'll settle down more this year!!
