She's only roughly 9 months old now so I realise she's still a pup but she cries all the time and its beginning to drive me nuts!! She's well fed, she has a comfy bed to sleep on, she gets lots of attention and lots of walks but she still cries a lot...too much! Is there anything I can do, i.e. maybe take her to behaviour classes??
Hi Lexia
Welcome to the site. Does your dog cry at anything specific or just generally all the time? What do you do when she does cry? It may be something that she will stop on her own when she feels really settled. Dogs can be very sensitive and even living in the house might be stressing her, it is hard to know unless you know her background. I would ignore any crying dont talk to her. You could also try stopping her by playing with her and taking her mind of whatever she is distressed about. Be very careful that you are not rewarding her for crying though, it is a fine line lol.
