Hi you can now plant it out and arrange rocks etc if you are planning on using these,leave it to establish for a couple of weeks,after a couple of days add a pinch of fish food to help filter start to establish.i would also reccomend using some trizym bio start to help this too,when you start to add fish,start with 1,then add 1 more each week to allow build up of bacteria,if you add to many at once you risk losing them all
