One of my cats is always scratching behind her ears.

There is nothing wrong with them, she just likes the feel of it. She loves me to scratch behind her ears and puts her head against my hand in the position she wants me to scratch them.

One of my other cats likes to have her ears pulled slightly as she likes the feel of it.

As long as they are not red or have discharge coming from them they should be fine.
