Hi, sorry to hear of your poor puppy. I would say it is probably something to do with the vaccine but have you checked her ears? Dogs can get very wobbly almost drunk looking with a bad ear infection. Has she had a bath recently she may have water in the ear. I hope you she is feeling better but I would certainly press the vet to do a bit more than he has been doing. good luck
