Hi, I did not read your post fully, to be honest I do not think a Vizsla would be suitable, unless you would consider getting an older one, maybe 3 years. I do not work and I have to walk Maisy twice a day and when at home she wants my attentention all the time, even now she is licking my face and nudging me!
It was an absolute nightmare with her and my 2 year old as she was constently knocking her over its getting a bit better now tho!
Please consider your decision seriously. I rushed into it a bit and altho I love Maisy to bits and would never consider giving her up, if I had that decision to make again I would have chosen something smaller and less energetic!
