I am struggling to understand this point.
Are you saying that no-one in the whole of the UK should breed cats or dogs?
We all know there are good and bad breeders in every subject they breed but you cannot tar them all with the same brush. I know many breeders and am one myself and it upsets me to think that because of 1 bad breeder you would say we should all stop and never breed another cat/dog again.
What would happen to the population then?
I for 1 only intend to have 1 maybe 2 litters per year but will review this dependant on demand and if I couldn't find homes for my babies then I would have any hesitation in keeping them - regardless of cost.
Maybe you would like to clarify your point please.
