Re: Litter trays

I use a covered tray - first one after many years of open trays and I wouldn't go back. I don't flush the litter as we have an old house with quite dodgy plumbing but I use a bioegradable litter that goes on the compost heap after the poo has been removed. I clean out poo as soon as possible and check daily for clumps. The whole lot is changed once a week. Poo goes in a bag in the bin.
